TIMELINE - Simplified Version:
WEDNESDAY, 10/7/15:
6:30pm
Warren Citizen's Action Committee (CAC) meeting at Warren Senior Center.
There were only four (4) individuals in attendance, including Mr. Baril.
Mr. Baril & (Warren resident A) did not communicate to Chief
Spiewakowski. That leaves only two remaining (Warren resident B) &
James P. Fountain who communicated what Mr. Baril stated at the meeting, and
then relayed it directly to Chief Spiewakowski. The meeting ended about
9:05pm. Resident James P. Fountain founded & operates the private CAC
group. The "rat" has 
chattered before to Chief Spiewakowski from previous CAC meetings.
WHAT SPECIFICALLY DID MR. BARIL SAY? Mr. Baril was in the process of taking out a Chapter 258E Harassment Prevention Order on Selectmen Jim Gagner and Bruce D. Spiewakowski. After the meeting ended, this message was obviously relayed immediately to Chief Spiewakowski. Prior to 11:11am Warren Police Chief Bruce Spiewakowski had already contacted & spoke with Uxbridge Police Chief Jeffrey Lourie and Uxbridge Officer Josiah Morrissette is hunting down Mr. Baril.
UNDERSTAND THIS: Mr. Baril makes a statement at 8:40pm Wednesday night in WARREN, and UXBRIDGE Police know of this is by ~9am that Mr. Baril was planning on taking out a Chapter 258E order on Warren Chief Spiewakowski. There is a "rat" between the two Towns!

3:00pm Mr. Baril is inside the Warren municipal building, and has already set up the video camera and started recording the Warren Board of Selectmen Executive Session, which was called to order at 2:58pm. Again, the "rats" had no idea Mr. Baril was not physically in Uxbridge, but physically in Warren. 10:56am Mr. Baril attempts to call Officer Morrissette. Below Video:
11:05am This time, Officer Morrissette calls back Mr. Baril on a totally separate phone number from previous, that is only known to Warren Police! Awesome thanks to disingenuous Officer Morrissette for demonstrating Warren Police Chief Spiewakowski and a very small number of Uxbridge Police officers take orders from an out-of-town police chief. Mr. Baril receives another "out of the blue" phone call always from Officer Morrissette for issues relating to Town of Warren - specifically when Chief Spiewakowski is having another temper tantrum and the 2nd suspect is none other than Selectmen James Gagner. Warren Police phone calls Uxbridge Police when they want something done to Michael Baril, and then Uxbridge Police follows through on taking out-of-town orders from Warren Police Chief Spiewakowski. 11:46am Mr. Baril calls Uxbridge Police to say that he will on his way down, shortly. Below Video:
12:10pm Mr. Baril entered the station, and is now standing in the lobby. The video recording was started by Officer Josiah Morrissette, as Chief Lourie stands in front of the camera. Well Uxbridge Police officials are on video thinking this is a joke & laugh when Mr. Baril previously told officer Morrissette Mr. Baril was brining in his own vide camera, and Chief Lourie turns him away to go put it back in his car. 12:12pm In the above "11:05am YouTube video", Officer Morrissette informs Mr. Baril that he will be taken into the interrogation room to be interviewed, and also videotaped. Mr. Baril asked if he was being charged & why the interview was being video taped. Officer Morrissette refused to answer Mr. Baril's questions other than "pressure him to get his ass there ASAP".
Entering the Uxbridge Police Department Interview Room - LEFT to RIGHT:
Michael J. Baril, Uxbridge Police Chief Jeffrey A. Lourie & Uxbridge Police Officer Josiah J. Morrissette (folder in his left hand that specifically contained "Town of Warren records" that Warren Police Chief Bruce D. Spiewakowski sent to them).
~ 12:20pm During the interview, Mr. Baril actually discovered the "cause" of the Uxbridge Police questioning. Since Uxbridge Police & Mr. Baril both agreed of the video & audio recording, when Uxbridge Chief Lourie seemed to know too many confidential, specific details of the Warren Board of Selectmen caper that only Warren Board of Selectmen officials should know, Mr. Baril then wanted to afford the Uxbridge Police Chief of internet threats from Warren public officials that were directed towards Mr. Baril. As you will see below - Chief Lourie stops listening, demands he "won't speak on camera" about the anti-Baril hate website. When Mr. Baril continues to discuss the Town of Warren employee website, Chief Lourie orders Officer Morrissette to terminate their own video recording & Mr. Baril to stop recording too. ATTENTION WARREN RESIDENTS ==>> Mr. Baril videotaped/audio recorded, plus Uxbridge Police also video/audio recorded the entire interview too. Why is this important to Warren residents? Uxbridge Police officials testified & provided the individual's name who called them 1st thing Thursday morning (on October 8, 2015) was "Chief Spiewakowski". Chief Spiewakowski had "ordered and/or requested" Uxbridge Police Chief Lourie revoke/suspend Mr. Baril's license to carry (LTC) for the 2nd time now. Warren Chief Spiewakowski & Uxbridge Officer Josiah Morrissette were both responsible in revocation of Mr. Baril's LTC permit back in April 2015 during his (Baril) campaign for Board of Selectmen with competitor James Gagner. Officer Morrissette (Uxbridge) specifically relayed to Mr. Baril that (Warren) "Chief Spiewakowski had told Mr. Baril 2-3 times to drop out of the Board of Selectmen race against James Gagner, and you Mike did not obey Chief Spiewakowski. Hence we are taking away your LTC and that is what Chief Spiewakowski is requesting."
Warren Residents ==>> Chief Spiewakowski did in fact verbally threaten Mr. Baril several times to drop out as a candidate for Board of Selectmen (during the campaign, prior to election), which would immediately let James Gagner win. This admission came directly from Uxbridge Police employees. So why isn't Warren Police married to Uxbridge Police - they are in collusion with one another!
WHAT HAPPENED ==>> Warren Police management with Uxbridge Police Officer Morrissette attempted to frame Mr. Baril while being video/audio recorded and when Mr. Baril had just learned of the incident, and that two Warren Police officers were named in the interview - Mr. Baril told the truth and Uxbridge Police Chief Lourie agreed that the so called "incident" was deemed Mr. Baril had not threatened Mr. Gagner. The switching of this story { Gagner the bully to a victim, and Baril the one being bullied by Gagner & Warren PD to the now criminal suspect & attacking his LTC } stems from:
On Wednesday, September 16, 2015 Selectmen James Gagner verbally assaulted & battered (by head butting) Mr. Baril in the face after a Town public meeting, in the parking lot of the Warren Senior Center. Mr. Baril reported the crime to Warren Police ~1/2 hour after it happened. Warren Police covered up the criminal incident since it involved James Gagner, a current Selectmen who would be taking part in renewing Chief Spiewakowski's written contract with the Town.
Uxbridge Police was fine with Mr. Baril, but 2-3 hours after leaving Uxbridge PD (concern dismissed), James Gagner is in East Brookfield District Court filing a Chapter 258E Harassment Prevention Order on him. Mr. Baril was served it by a separate Uxbridge Police Officer about 4:30pm the same day - faxed from East Brookfield to Uxbridge PD. So Warren Police management retaliated towards Mr. Baril because Uxbridge Police failed to get Mr. Baril in trouble 2 hours earlier.

03/09/16 Criminal Collusion: Warren Police & Uxbridge Police - What's The Connection? Yep - Anyone who wants revenge on Michael Baril they join forces like glue on flypaper....
On Tuesday, March 31, 2015 - the below newspaper article was published in the Telegram. A former Uxbridge Police Sergeant sued in US District Court the "Uxbridge Police Association Local 123 (i.e. police union)", Officer David Bergeron personally & Officer Josiah Morrissette personally. Here is the short version of the story:
The Uxbridge Police Association Local 123 (i.e. patrolmen's union) wrote a no-confidence complaint to the Uxbridge Town Manager and Uxbridge Board of Selectmen about issued with then Chief of Police and the former police sergeant. Uxbridge residents became aware of this and Mr. Baril submitted a public records request and obtained the documents. Another resident had the Telegram contact Mr. Baril the details of the Town public records went public in the newspaper article the T&G wrote. The case went to a jury trial, and the former sergeant (i.e. the plaintiff) and her attorney won, and the Uxbridge Police Association Local 123 has been ordered to pay $439,000 in damages. How the case was won - is the Board of Selectmen's office released the public records, they went viral in the newspaper, and her attorney claimed she suffered more harm because it went viral, per say.
Uxbridge Officer Josiah Morrissette was a defendant, and listed on the initial filing as being sued personally, and this was because he was the Police Association Vice president and then President for a period of time during the issues with the former sergeant. So since Officer Morrissette lost as a defendant in the case - what better way to get revenge on Michael Baril for obtaining public records from Uxbridge Selectmen. The Telegram article states that Mr. Bergeron testified that he was not aware that once the Union handed the document to the Town Manager, it became a public record, including was shared among the selectmen.
So Officer Josiah Morrissette had his issue with the former sergeant and now he wants to allegedly take out his revenge on Michael Baril because Mr. Baril informed the world of internal problems within the closed doors of the Uxbridge Police Station to educate & inform the residents of Uxbridge, and now Officer Morrissette is mad at Michael Baril.

02/26/16 Stanton Foundation: Uxbridge Police Department Meet & Greet K9 Dog
On Friday, February 26, 2015 at 12:00pm the Uxbridge Police Department held a public forum at the Uxbridge Senior Center on lunch with Chief Lourie, K9 Officer Thomas Stockwell & meet the new K9 dog "Bear". Chief Lourie & Officer Stockwell spoke of & about the Stanton Foundation Grant, discussed various components of how K9 dogs are an excellent law enforcement resource to have, and addressed various citizens with questions, including covering (current & future) incurred costs to the citizens of Uxbridge.
The overall presentment was phenomenal & professional and please pay close attention to the details in the PowerPoint presentation that Officer Stockwell explains. It's not just apply for a grant and purchase a K9 dog, there are a lot of certificates & in-house training that has to be maintained once you have the K9 dog.

Resident Mary Bellerose informs Chairman Dario Nardi about the inappropriate conduct of Selectmen James Gagner (sitting to his right) of unethical use of Town finances & resources, in which was used in a matter for James Gagner, personally. Armed with the East Brookfield court transcript as factual evidence, Ms. Bellerose tells Warren residents what exactly Mr. Gagner involved the Town in via his statements under Oath in which he was representing the Town and its Board of Selectmen, though it was not even a Town matter.
Mr. Gagner filed a Massachusetts Chapter 258E Harassment Prevention Order against taxpayer Michael Baril.
In addition, Officer Joseph A. LaFlower, in official police capacity, attended sitting next to Mr. Gagner and used a cell phone in front of Judge McCarthy to allegedly text Warren Police management live while Gagner -vs- Baril was live in front of Judge McCarthy. Warren Police management (i.e. Chief & his own father) allowed him to submit & get paid 4.00 hours (at court overtime rate) from your resident/taxpayer funds.
